This pullout wood drying rack expands to 22" and folds up to a compact 6" when not in use, offering a full 18 feet of linear drying space. Unlike most indoor clothes-line devices, the clothes drying section of this expandable wall rack is strong enough to hang heavy wet laundry such as jeans and jackets. Ideal for your laundry room, the wall-mounted rack is also useful for mud room or entryway - provides the perfect place to hang wet mittens, socks, etc. Sturdy construction: the solid pine pieces are firmly secured with screws, which are inset and covered with birch buttons. The extension rack is made of 1" x 3/4" pine legs and contains 12 birch dowels (3/8" x 22 1/2" ea.). Made of white pine, with dowels and pegs of birch.
